Originally from Honolulu, Hawaii, attorney David M. Saiki graduated from the University of Hawaii in 1995.  He then attended and graduated from the William and Mary School of Law in 1999. 

After law school, Mr. Saiki worked for six years at a Bethesda, Maryland firm, where he represented lenders in bankruptcy and foreclosure cases.  His firm's clients included SunTrust Bank, BB&T Bank, Pentagon Federal Credit Union, NASA Federal Credit Union, and NAVY Federal Credit Union. 

Mr. Saiki later worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Winchester, Virginia.  As an Assistant Public Defender, Mr. Saiki represented many clients in misdemeanor and felony criminal cases.

Mr. Saiki is also a member of the National College for DUI Defense.
